Mile-12 Group is a DC-based traditional search fund thematically focused on acquiring and operating an enterprise-scale business on the East Coast of the United States. Mile-12’s team is made up of former CEOs, investors and operating partners with a long-standing relationship. The Fund is seeking to drive outsize returns through one of two approaches: either (i) by acquiring and expanding a market-leading company within a targeted niche sector or (ii) consolidating a collection of companies operating within an industry niche that is fragmented yet growing through serial acquisitions. Mile-12 was founded and led by Jide Adesoye, who brings several years of investing and operating expertise prior to Mile-12.
