We follow clearly defined investment criteria and an evolving deal flow generation process that is multi-touch, data-driven, and highly automated. We only approach companies that we would potentially acquire.

Poro Point is a search fund formed by a successful exited CEO and second time searcher, based in mid-town Manhattan. Poro Point’s founder invests his own capital alongside partners he worked with in his first search and operating company- Ticketech.
